The Good Living KC Expo is Kansas City’s newest and largest fitness and healthy living event. It will feature 200 vendors and sponsors at a time of the year when everyone is creating their new year’s resolutions. We want to ensure your goals are met! Our goal is to create an experiential event, highlighting the importance of “living the good life” through staying fit, active and healthy. This 2-day event targets everyone who want to enhance or maintain their lifestyle through fitness, nutrition and diet, healthy foods, weightloss, natural aesthetics and staying or becoming healthy both physically and mentally.
