An Attitude of Gratitude: A special note of Thanks

The season of gratitude and giving thanks is upon us! My family and I try to practice an attitude of gratitude all year round, but especially during the Thanksgiving season. This year I am thankful for my family, my health, and for our business (amongst countless other things!). What are you thankful for? I thought it would be fun to create a “Thankful” game to share at the Thanksgiving table with your family and friends. After you’re done eating (you don’t want the turkey to get cold!) go around the table and say one thing you’re grateful for in 2017 and one thing you’re grateful for about the person sitting to your left. Are they a loyal sister? Helped you in a time of need? A loving Grandmother? Go around the table until everyone has expressed gratitude to the person on their left and the thing they are grateful for in 2017. I thought this was a fun idea because oftentimes there are so many things to be grateful for throughout the year that you sometimes forget to give thanks to those closest to you! By taking time out at Thanksgiving to give a special note of gratitude to your loved ones, you show them how much you really do notice and care. I hope everyone has a wonderful and happy Thanksgiving filled with love and full bellies! Hugs, Christina
